Warm & Modern Ensuite Makeover

The homeowners of this property in Hunua engaged the Smith & Sons Franklin team to renovate both their main bathroom and ensuite. Completing the two renovations simultaneously provided a more efficient and cost-effective solution, with minimal disruption thanks to our deluxe mobile bathroom trailer, which allowed the homeowners to maintain access to bathroom facilities throughout the project

The existing ensuite, originally fitted out in a dated 1990s style, was in need of a modern refresh. The space was stripped back and fully renovated, including the removal of the existing carpet and installation of new vinyl flooring. All bathroom fixtures and fittings were replaced, including a new acrylic shower, while the walls were refreshed with a crisp coat of white paint

The finished ensuite now feels bright, warm, and contemporary, with wood-look finishes featured throughout the flooring and complemented by a stylish wall-hung vanity. The result is a functional and inviting space that blends modern design with everyday comfort
