Floor-to-Ceiling Bathroom Renovation

The homeowners of this property in Hunua approached our team at Smith & Sons Franklin to renovate both their main bathroom and ensuite. Completing both spaces at the same time proved to be a more time and cost-effective solution, made even easier with the use of our deluxe mobile bathroom trailer during the renovation process

The original 90’s main bathroom was dated and in need of modernising, with removing the old carpet flooring being a top priority. To create a more functional layout, the bath was removed and replaced with a much larger frameless glass shower, alongside a large wall-hung vanity and matching storage tower. The homeowners were happy to sacrifice the bath in favour of increased storage and a more spacious shower area

The entire bathroom was tiled floor to ceiling, featuring large light grey wall tiles paired with warm wood-look plank tiles on the floor and as a feature wall within the shower. To complement the lighter tones, the clients selected a darker oak finish for the vanity and storage cabinetry. The addition of an LED backlit mirror completed the space beautifully, creating a modern and practical bathroom the homeowners can enjoy for years to come
