Home Extension to Add Bedrooms & Double Garage
The team at Smith & Sons Franklin extended this home in the Runciman area by 131sqm. The extension included a new double garage with internal access, a new master bedroom with en-suite and walk-in-wardrobe, an open plan study area and two more new bedrooms. The extension was cladded in the same timber weatherboards to match existing. New double-glazed timber joinery was installed at the front of the home to match the era of the building and the rest of the extension had double-glazed aluminium joinery installed as it is a low maintenance product. A few of the highlights from this extension include the pitched roof with exposed beams in the master bedroom, the window bench seat, and the claw foot free-standing bath in the en-suite
