External Renovation & Extension

The team at Smith & Sons Franklin completely transformed this home in the Clarks Beach area. The dramatic makeover included a full external renovation and extension of the main home. The project involved an extension which was cladded in timber weatherboards, a full external repaint, the home was re-roofed using coloursteel maxx roofing in the colour ironsand and a large wrap around deck featuring a glass balustrade. As part of the extension a new bathroom was added, including a large free standing bath, floor mounted bath spout, vessel basins that sit on top of the new double vanity and an amazing kiwiana themed splash-back for the shower
