Deck and Ensuite Additions – Port Hills
This Mount Pleasant home in Christchurch gained an extra bedroom and ensuite in the downstairs rumpus area, making it a great place for guests and visiting relatives to stay. The house was transformed from a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home into a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home, transforming under-utilised space and adding value to the property.
The homeowner also wanted to replace the old deck upstairs to make a better space to enjoy the outdoors and amazing views. The deck was doubled in size to make it more useable and went from 1.2m wide to 4m. As well as completing all the design work, our Port Hills team worked through the council consents and delivered the construction projects, all beautifully crafted.
