We are very much enjoying the new renovation and could not wish for a better result. Having motion sensor lighting, LED mirror, smart tiled areas is really functional, looks great and is more than we hoped for. We are very happy to recommend Smith and Sons to others. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Matt and what could have been a stressful project actually turned out to be quite fun! We contacted Smith and Sons primarily to renovate our bathroom and tile it and our laundry and existing toilet. An additional toilet was to be added in bathroom, bath and shower removed and replaced with a walk-in tiled shower. It was through an online search we had the good fortune to find that Smith and Sons did renovations as well as new builds. Paul and Matt visited us to scope what could be done. That lead to us making plans and deciding what would go where. We researched fittings and purchased these as well as doing basic physical things such as removing existing skirting and bath as well as doing all the painting. We were pleased Smith and Sons allowed us to be part of the project team! Our experience using Matt from Smith and Sons has been excellent from the planning stage through to completion of the finishing detail. Matt was always available to answer our (many), questions and his friendly and cheerful manner was much appreciated. The Smith and Sons renovating team were great and we appreciated their skills and industry. With Matt project managing the sub-contractors they were kept up to date with when they would be needed and it was obvious he enjoyed great rapport with each of them. We could not have wished for better subcontractors than those brought in by Smith and Sons. Craig from (Essential Tiling) is an absolute craftsman and was meticulous over his attention to detail and produced a wonderful result, Callum from Eclipse Services was always energetic, enthusiastic, and very talented and obviously enjoyed his work while Kelv from Prendergast Plumbing went the extra distance to ensure minimal disruption to toilet facilities! The plasters from loyal plastering) did wonderful work.
