Villa Charm, a Fresh Chapter

Full of warmth and character, this kitchen renovation brings fresh life to a beautiful villa while staying true to the home’s timeless style.

Created in collaboration with Nicola Ross Design, the kitchen pairs soft sage cabinetry, classic subway tiles and the rich warmth of native timber floors and window frames. Natural light fills the space, highlighting details that help the new kitchen feel right at home.

The kitchen and dining area create an inviting place to cook, gather and enjoy everyday life. Modern appliances and generous cabinetry add practicality, while the colours and finishes sit comfortably alongside the villa’s distinctive character.

Nicola Ross Design took care of the interior design and kitchen joinery, while our Smith & Sons Manawatu team managed the building work and project managed the trades to bring the vision to life.

The result is a fresh, welcoming heart of the home, ready for its next chapter.
