Unit Makeover
The brief for this unit in Pukekohe was to freshen up the interior including updating the kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The team from Smith & Sons Franklin removed the existing kitchen, carpet, vinyl, bathroom fixtures and stripped the wallpaper throughout.
A new kitchen, with clean lines and neutral colours, was installed. The dated shower was replaced with a new level entry shower and the unit now boasts a modern vanity and toilet. The interior was freshly painted throughout, with new carpet, vinyl and fittings bringing a more modern feel to the home
