This old weatherboard bach needed some TLC. The Ashburton team have reclad the property and installed new windows and doors. The decking was rotten and has been replaced. Internally the owners wanted to modernise the living spaces, add another bedroom and add space to the lounge area. The repairs and updates have given the bach a new lease of life to be enjoyed for many more years to come.
