New Villa Bathroom – Hamilton Central

These new homeowners had a classic villa with the only bathroom being in a porch area at the back of the house. The Hamilton team took the back porch off, removed the laundry and used the resulting space to create a brand new bathroom. They stripped the area back to the framing, insulated and re-lined the walls, put in new plumbing and electrics and installed the fixtures in a new layout. A modern laundry was also built in another part of the house. The clients were very happy with the final result and are planning to tackle the kitchen next.
