New Street Appeal Created
This large family home located in Pukekohe needed some major updates and changes to accomodate the family's needs. The team at Smith & Sons Franklin created a new entrance-way which houses a porch/outdoor living area to give the family privacy and protection from the elements. The large new deck provides easier access to the home and the balustrade ensure the space is safe for young children. The original deck was also removed on the first floor of the house, which created a new internal space in its place to add more space to their living room. The exterior of the home was also fully painted. The new look to the exterior of the home certainly creates added street appeal!
