New Laundry/Mudroom in Grand Villa

Our team at Smith & Sons Franklin completed an entire restoration of this beautiful villa home. A larger laundry/mudroom was created by using some of the existing garage footprint. The laundry cabinetry, which aligns with the villas grand classic style, was designed and installed by Kitchen Inspirations. The flooring is herringbone cork tile, each tile cut individually by the homeowner. The rooms finishing touch was the unique wallpaper feature wall.
