Interior Makeover and Portico -Maungatautari
These new home owners loved the location of this property right by Lake Karapiro but the house itself needed a makeover. The Hamilton team removed several walls to open up the layout inside, installed a brand new kitchen which was imported from Germany and added bifold doors to the living area. To maximise the view and outdoor living a large new portico was built off the side of the house. The front entrance way reconfigured with weatherboard being added to the existing pillars and a small portico being added.
