Garage conversion & internal renovations completed in the Bombay area. Our team at Smith & Sons Franklin converted the existing internal garage into a new bedroom, ensuite, office, laundry + entry. An existing bedroom + ensuite were renovated to become the new Kitchen. Our clients completed their entire project through our Smith & Sons DPC process. The amazing kitchen was designed by the brilliant team at Kitchen Inspirations, Hydrocork flooring & Carpet were from JB’s Flooring Xtra & bathroom fittings/fixtures provided by our friends at Mico. We love the pop of turquoise our client added with the feature wall in the lounge & the stunning double oven to match
