Tom and his team from Smith and Sons worked with us on the extensive renovations of our house in 2021. We were impressed from the start receiving detailed plans , pricing and timelines and even with covid disruptions our renovation was completed on the date given to us. Tom made sure all orders for materials were done at the beginning and the project flowed seamlessly.The appropriate consents and building checks along the way were taken care of by Tom. Any minor issues and changes to the plans were sorted out immediately and we are extremely happy with the result ( people even commenting .......I thought this was a brand new home.)
While it was a significant investment , I am so pleased we spend the money to make our home into one we now love.
