What was meant to be a straight forward shower installation became a nightmare as a homeowner due to the significant water damage uncovered, which required a third of our bathroom to be demolished and rebuilt. Smith & Sons worked with us to get us sorted as soon as possible and work was completed to a high standard. It can be difficult to find builders with enough experience or willing to work on older homes so I was thankful they were able to step up. Now my house lives on for another 100 years and I have confidence in builders for any other projects that arise.
