Charlie and Phillip Robinson have been contracted by our family trust to carry out extensive renovation work in our 1918 villa in Hamilton. There have been 4 project areas completed;
1/ A kitchen full strip of old materials and rebuild. The thoroughness and professionalism impressed us at every stage. We could not be more pleased with the result.
2/ A complete replacement of one en-suite and regrade of another. Again the workmanship was great leaving us very happy.
3/ Remove and replace old shingles above large window alcoves. The finish improves the homes looks and will last another 100 years.
4/ Insulating and lining a double garage.
The builders and contractors used were, without fail, warm, friendly and very good at their job. Smith and Sons costing was acceptable and the jobs were finished without delay.
We would not hesitate to highly recommend Smith and Sons to carry out renovations for others.
