Following the recommendation of a friend we used Smith and Sons to renovate one of our bathrooms. We found the whole experience excellent. The project was started promptly and progressed at a good rate. Communication was particularly good (in contrast to our experience of another firm used for an earlier renovation) and Karl's project management was excellent. He made some useful suggestions for things we hadn't thought of but was also responsive to our wishes for something simple and straightforward. Would certainly use this business again.
