The Juliet balcony off the sewing room was something I really wanted. I understood it was a complex undertaking, but I had full faith they would deliver on my ideas. I’m rapt with the final solution they designed and built for me. It’s become such a special aspect of the home.

We also didn’t want a traditional timber deck; we wanted something more solid and refined. The solution they came up with for the tiled outdoor area is incredible. It feels like an extension of the house rather than an add-on. We love sitting in the inbuilt spa watching the canoe polo.

The whole renovation process was seamless. From the initial ideas we came to them with, through to their design process and then the build, we always felt confident in the team was producing a high-end result. Smith & Sons were incredible at communicating so we always knew what was being done and why.  They were always willing to accommodate anything we requested.
