Smith & Sons helped us renovate our original 1940’s state house kitchen/laundry/dining room. Working with Karl and his team was a delight from start to finish. Communication was excellent, including their dealings with other trades involved. I liked their very clear quotes with detailed costings, their willingness to work with us when we wanted to do some of the work and their helpful advice. Their ability to schedule the work realistically and stick to this, and our budget, was commendable. We are super happy with the work they did.
