The professionalism and support I and my family received from Lance and his team was brilliant right from the beginning.  Lance kept us involved and updated throughout the build – there were no “hidden” surprises.  His knowledge was invaluable and recommendations to change certain things worked in our favour.

Customer service in general was at a very high standard – especially as we had just come out of Covid-19 Lockdown.  Everything worked to plan from day 1.
