Front & Rear Deck Rebuild – Kwila
The homeowners of this Paerata property approached our team at Smith & Sons Franklin to replace both their front entrance deck and rear deck, which had become worn and weathered over time. The rear deck, in particular, had suffered significant rot and was no longer fit for purpose.
Our team removed the existing decks, completed new framing where required, and constructed brand-new decks using wider kwila decking boards to create a modern and durable outdoor space.
