Fresh & Light Bathroom Upgrade

The homeowners of this Pukekohe home worked with our team at Smith & Sons Franklin to refresh and modernise their bathroom. We guided them to our trusted suppliers, Mico and Tile Warehouse, where they selected their fittings and tiles before the renovation got underway.

This was a full bathroom renovation, starting with the removal of the existing shower tiles. The shower was relined with Villaboard and finished with a feature wall of classic white subway tiles, including a built-in niche for added functionality. A shower column featuring both a rainhead and handheld shower head was installed for a versatile and modern showering experience. The same subway tiles were also installed as a splashback behind the vanity, creating a cohesive look. New tiles were laid across the entire bathroom floor to complete the space.

A standout feature of the finished space is the double wall-hung vanity with vessel basins, complemented by individual round LED mirrors. A soft sage-green paint colour was selected for the walls, adding a fresh and calming touch.

The finished bathroom feels light, open, and welcoming - perfectly balancing style and practicality.
