Louvre Roof System & Rear Entry Build
Previous clients in the Pukekohe area recently returned to us for additional renovation work on their home. After building their spacious kwila deck in 2024, they decided to enhance the space by adding a louvre system.
The new double-bay louvre, installed in collaboration with Sunset Spaces, covers a substantial portion of the deck. Featuring an automated roof system, it allows the client to easily open and close the louvres as needed, providing flexible protection from the elements and making the outdoor area enjoyable all year round.
We also completed improvements at the rear entry of the property. To create a sheltered area where shoes can be left outside without exposure to New Zealand’s rain, we constructed an approximately 3-metre nib wall. Both the interior and exterior were clad in James Hardie Oblique weatherboard for a clean, modern finish. A large fixed aluminium window was installed centrally to bring natural light into the space, and a black aluminium fence from Fentec was added at the end to safely enclose the area for the clients dogs.
Two fantastic exterior additions that add both function and style to the home.
