MICHAEL, of Smith & Sons Hauraki, has done an awesome job for us, two elderly pensioners.
Right from the beginning, he listened and was patient with our dithering over what we really wanted. He gave a quote and a timeline (contacting us of any changes) and he oversaw the whole process, employing other professionals (plumber/electrician etc) who worked well under his employ.
He was always polite and helpful and we now have an ensuite/bathroom that is functional and beautiful.
