Exterior Updated: New Roof, Gutters & Garage Doors

Our team at Smith & Sons Franklin has previously renovated this property, which included installing new decking and aluminum balustrading that encircles the house. The clients returned to us expressing their desire to upgrade their roof, they wanted to replace the worn and outdated red concrete tiles with a modern black longrun steel roofing system. This choice is excellent as it provides a low-maintenance option that will stand the test of time.

Along with replacing the roofing, we also upgraded the gutters and fascia with a Colorsteel product. During the renovation process, the homeowners opted to add a few extra features, such as installing a Solatube in an internal stairwell to enhance natural light in the space. To complement the sleek black roof, the owner requested the garage doors be replaced to match, so we installed roller doors in a matching color.

The transformation brought about by these renovations has significantly enhanced the exterior appeal of the home - the property now boasts an impressive street presence.
