Wow, what a renovation!! From top to bottom this stunning home in Avonhead underwent a complete transformation. Utlising the bones of the old house, our clients wanted to create a modern home that still offered the majesty and grace of the original dwelling.
There was no room left untouched as we crafted free flowing living through the downstairs spaces, creating a home that is easy to entertain in while still feeling cosy and intimate for daily life.
The kitchen is truly heart of the home and allows for the chef of the family to still be within the middle of everything but able to hide the workings in the well thought-out scullery. The dining and living room offer new found freedom with access to the outdoor living space, creating a truly indoor / outdoor flow.
Upstairs the bedrooms and bathrooms have a new lease of life and offer our clients modern day creature comforts. From the walk in robes through to the gorgeous double rain head and black shower fittings, they will feel like they're living their best dream.
The warm tones offered through the hard flooring choice downstairs ties in nicely with the vanities upstairs.
The outside of the home also received a facelift and matches the grace and elegance which now lies within.
