Bathroom, Toilet, Laundry & Entrance Refresh
The homeowners came to our team at Smith & Sons Franklin as they were looking to refresh four areas in their home – the main bathroom, separate toilet, laundry and entrance way. We completed full renovations to all of these areas. The main bathroom was taken back to its framing, relined, waterproofed and was tiled floor to ceiling. We installed a new tiled shower with frameless glass. A back-to-wall bath fitted in the corner of the room and new raymor boston vanity & tall boy added. The old fixtures in the separate toilet were removed, the entire room was freshly painted, a new vanity and toilet fitted, new quickstep vinyl planking flooring laid and a subway tile splashback above the vanity to finish the space off. New quickstep vinyl planking flooring was also included in the laundry and entrance way. Along with all new cabinetry from Placemakers and subway tile splashbacks to match the separate toilet. All four rooms now feel modern, practical and suit the client’s needs.
