The team at Smith & Sons Franklin extended this home in the Runciman area by 131sqm. The extension included a new double garage with internal access, a new master bedroom with en-suite and walk-in-wardrobe, an open plan study area and two more new bedrooms. The extension was cladded in the same timber weatherboards to match existing. New double-glazed timber joinery was installed at the front of the home to match the era of the building and the rest of the extension had double-glazed aluminium joinery installed as it is a low maintenance product.
