We have recently completed a 6 figure $ major roofing/guttering renovation on our 4 bedroom house with Matt & Rachel from Smith & Sons Queenstown.  The project was quite complex, involving scaffolding and a tent, lifting the roofing iron, a complete re-build of internal gutters and related cornices, replacement of rotten timbers and installation of hot water tanks in the roof cavity.

Matt & Rachel were totally professional and reliable throughout the project – and great problem solvers!  They explained in detail not only what needed to be done, but why the proposed approach was the best long term solution.  All sub-contractors were managed effectively, with the 8 weeks project coming in on time and to budget.  Communication was excellent, with issues resolved quickly and no surprises.  We are thrilled with the result and have now “future-proofed” the house for the next 30 years.
