New Conservatory, Kitchen & Laundry Renovation
The team at Smith & Sons Franklin renovated this home in the Pokeno area to include a new conservatory, kitchen & laundry space. Firstly a wall and the old kitchen were removed to allow for the new kitchen, which was designed by Kitchen Inspirations. The new kitchen included all new appliances from Noel Leeming and features a quirky, colourful, kiwiana themed glass splash-back designed by the clients themselves. A new pantry was form within the existing laundry area, the laundry itself was also renovated to accommodate this. All new luxury vinyl tile/plank flooring was added to the newly renovated spaces. The dining room external wall was extended and cladded in James Hardie weatherboards to match the existing. The deck was slightly extended, with new steps and handrail. A new glass conservatory was installed, which created more of an indoor-outdoor flow and produced the perfect spot to soak up some afternoon sun
