When the Corin family realised that they had outgrown their home, the solution was simple, they loved where they lived, so they decided to renovate. By taking out the walls that separated the lounge, dining and kitchen into small rooms, the house has been completely opened up making it light and airy.
New bifold doors open from the living space onto a large deck providing the family with badly needed extra space and the indoor outdoor flow that we all crave.
The existing floors were polished and a new kitchen installed with the old laundry becoming a scullery, a massive improvement on the tiny dark kitchen that had been there since the house was built.
New bathroom fittings were installed transforming a dark mouldy bathroom into a clean, bright and airy room.
A bright red wall separates the lounge and TV room and is a stunning contrast to the black and white colour scheme throughout the rest of the house.
