Internal Renovations & Deck Extension
The team at Smith & Sons Franklin completed the internal renovations & deck extension in the Pukekohe area. The client’s wanted a complete refresh of their living area, dining room & kitchen. These rooms were re-jigged to create open plan living – which has maximized the floor plan & created a larger feeling space. The clients went with a bold statement by getting the walls painted black + including black cabinetry in the kitchen. A sizable timber deck was also added with a timber balustrade to match. The client can now enjoy their property’s views + a great outdoor entertainment area to share with friends & family
