Full internal renovation
This project involved a full internal renovation of an existing residential dwelling, delivered through our Design–Plan–Construct (DPC) process to ensure a seamless transition from concept through to construction. The works focused on modernising finishes, improving functionality, and achieving a cohesive, high-end outcome aligned with the client’s design vision.
The renovation focused on creating a cohesive and highly refined interior, with consistent detailing and material selections carried throughout the home. Feature elements such as recessed media walls, integrated LED lighting, timber panelling, and bespoke wall finishes contribute to a strong, unified design outcome.
All wet areas were fully reconfigured and rebuilt, incorporating tiled showers, underfloor heating, and wall-hung fixtures to enhance both performance and visual appeal.
The result is a modern, functional home that reflects the client’s vision while demonstrating the value of an integrated design and build approach.
