Exterior Renovation & Internal Updates
The owners of this Manawatu home in Hokowhitu, Palmerston North wanted to update the exterior and internal areas of their home. The team at Smith & Sons Manawatu reclad the property in Rockcote and completed the finish with white paint to the exterior of the home and the garden wall. Inside a new kitchen and dining area was created, including new walls and ceiling involving a full re-gib, repaint and new vinyl flooring. The kitchen features black cabinetry, a breakfast bar and a free standing oven. The bathroom was also updated with new flooring, tiles, vanity and a shower over bath. The property now looks much more inviting and modern and has been beautifully finished all ready for the owners to enjoy.
