The Takanini team have completed updates to this home in the Papatoetoe area.
The project included an ensuite renovation in the master bedroom upstairs, where new Aqua Line gib board was installed, along with a new tile floor, all new plumbing and new fittings & fixtures. A new wall was constructed with a cavity slider to replace the old sliding door wardrobe with a new walk - in wardrobe, making better use of the available space.
The hallways and downstairs bedrooms also gained a makeover with a re-gib, new light fittings and a fresh coat of paint. The stairway was also modernised with new Hardiegroove panelling and a re-paint.
Overall the updates have created a fresher, more modern feel in the home.
