Cute Cottage Refurbishment – Christchurch South

The team at Christchurch South were called in to undertake some renovation work on this cute cottage in Spreydon, Christchurch. The old timber weatherboards were removed and the whole home was insulated with Pink Batts before the new Linea Weatherboard was installed. The home exterior was re-painted and 3 new double-glazed windows were put in at the front of the house and new patio doors were installed, whilst the remaining windows and doors were treated to a new coat of paint. To provide extra modern warmth, the old heat pump was also replaced with a new one. The homeowners were delighted with the results and the home is now cosier and even cuter!
