The owners of this beautiful Californian bungalow nestled amongst the vineyards in Marlborough wanted a renovation that would add some modern glamour whilst retaining the character and charm of the villa.
The removal and renovation of the internal walls, linings and ceilings enabled a complete transformation of the property, allowing for a more open plan living arrangement and new kitchen along with sliding doors that extend out onto a new outdoor decking area.
