Bungalow Charm, Beautifully Renewed
Bungalow Charm, Beautifully Renewed
Bringing modern comfort to a character home calls for a thoughtful balance. For this bathroom renovation, our clients wanted a fresh, updated space that still felt at home within their bungalow.
Our Smith & Sons Manawatū team combined classic details with contemporary finishes to create a bright, welcoming bathroom. A clawfoot bath provides a striking connection to the home’s era, complemented by warm timber-look flooring and a softly coloured, panelled vanity. Crisp white walls keep the room light, while brushed metallic fittings add an understated finishing touch.
The generous glass-enclosed shower introduces everyday luxury, with a marble-look Beyond Tiles lining creating an elegant feature. This waterproof wall-panel system delivers the appearance of tiles without traditional grout lines, making cleaning easier. A recessed niche keeps shower essentials neatly within reach.
The result is a bathroom with a fresh sense of space and comfort, where bungalow charm sits comfortably alongside modern convenience.
