Bathroom Reno & Other Updates – Ashburton
The team at Smith & Sons Ashburton have completed several updates at this townhouse property in Ashburton. The owner wanted a new bathroom, fresh paint throughout the house, new windows and re-insulation in the ceiling space. All this work needed to be completed to a budget and the team worked with the client to plan a schedule of work to be carried out. The bathroom layout was changed with the bath moving under the window to create a bit more space. A new shower and vanity were installed and the room painted. The old aluminium windows were replaced with new thermal broken aluminium windows and doors, supplied by Shearmac Fairview. The client was very pleased that all was completed as agreed, on time and on schedule. The updates have created a more comfortable and warmer home for years to come.
