Architectural Dream Home
We were privileged to be a part of this project, creating a dream forever home for our clients. This project was always going to be amazing to undertake right from the design stages where our clients wanted to create a space that gave them everything they wanted, and more, in a clever and unique way.
The overarching concept is three separate building units that are then interlinked with glass walkways. This enables the home and spaces to work both independently and together, in a harmonious style, while taking advantage of the surrounding vista.
The first building structure is set out as the accommodation side of the home. This boasts three lovely bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. The master bedroom offers expansive windows, bringing the outside in, a gorgeous ensuite with a freestanding bath as well as the added bonus of private lounge, creating a true sanctuary to escape from the everyday. The remaining two bedrooms also offer their own privacy and peace with plenty of windows and natural light, complimented with spacious ensuites. This first building structure also plays host to an awesome cinema room which can seat up 20 people, delivering the ultimate home theatre package.
Across in the second building you will find every cooks dream, a stunning commercial grade kitchen that is connected to the surrounding open plan rooms to ensure you're still amongst the action while serving up a feast. The adjoining cosy lounge showcases a fireplace, grand piano, and stunning full height windows which let in the natural light and surrounding views. In the step down you will find the expansive formal dinning room with a vaulted ceiling, full height windows on either side of amazing stone fireplace, and a table for entertaining up to 18 guests. From this room you are also connected to the outside through the bifold doors. This second building structure also boasts a uniquely designed study containing a custom book lined wall, built in bar and full height glass partition walls which can be opened up to connect this to the adjoining cosy lounge.
The third building is set out to include a 3 car garaging as well as a separate self-contained studio. We have thoroughly enjoyed working closely with our clients to assist in designing every part of this building to meet their specific needs and exacting standards. Definitely one of our most proud moments as a business to be able to delivery such a prestigious home.
