We had a small job to install a skylight in our bathroom. We had met Marty Stratford at the Whanganui Home show some weeks earlier and although we realized it was probably too small a job for Smith & Sons we called him up to ask for his advice.
He could not have been more helpful. He Immediately put us in touch with a local builder they use from time to time and within one hour the builder was on site checking the job in order to prepare a quote. We could not have asked for a more helpful response.
If we ever have a bigger job to do around the house we won’t hesitate to reach out to Marty again. A great example of putting the customer first!
