I have nothing but good things to say about the whole process - from the initial visit to scope the project right through to the construction phase and the final touch ups – everything was done as per the plan. The entire team (admin/support staff, project manager and builders) have been so helpful and very easy to deal with. I have been kept informed the whole way through and the team were very flexible with me and rescheduled some days to suit my timetable which was greatly appreciated. Tom obviously has a lot of pride in his work and this is reflected in the first class workmanship of the completed renovations (this includes the amazingly thorough clean-up he did too).
