Choosing to build with Smith & Sons Franklin was one of the best decisions we made for our renovation. As a busy working family, we needed a solution that allowed us to be hands off while still having faith in the process! Lance was an amazing project manager who always went above and beyond and the attention to detail on the build really exceeded our expectations. The end result really represents our unique style and creative approach and is a source of joy for our entire family. We are very happy with how the project ended up.
