“Smith & Sons Franklin managed a reclad of my Pukekohe house which was originally built as a monolithic plaster home in 2003. Their entire team were friendly and professional throughout the process. After presenting them with architectural drawings for the project they initially inspected the property to ensure the proposed reclad was a viable proposition. Although, as in any reclad undertaking, unexpected problems with the building structure were encountered, Smith and Sons were professional with their communication and produced sound solutions to every issue. They were constantly open to enquiry about issues and progress throughout the project and the quality of their workmanship was exceptional. The project manager managed all of the liaison with Council right through to obtaining final Codes of Compliance. The whole project was completed in nine months after commencing in March 2025.
