The purpose / scope of the project was to give the property a new, refreshed look, and make it more desirable as a rental property from its previous tired look.  Just knowing straight off that they knew what they were talking about, this was apparent when everything was looked at from cladding to roof, joinery and interior.  The teams onsite were awesome, professinal, and easy to work with.  The renovation has completely changed the home, making it modern, warmer, a fantastic property which anyone living in it would be proud to call their home.  The end results exceeded my expectations, it's a totally renovated property, and I definitely will be using Smith and Sons on future projects.
