Our project was a major extension to add a further 3 bedrooms, a study, an ensuite, a double garage, a laundry and another toilet. We needed a larger home and decided to go with Smith & Sons Franklin because of their reputation and local knowledge. The teams on site were excellent, the project and end results exceeded our expectations. We now have a much larger home which was in keeping with the style of the original dwelling
